In response to issues such as local wheel out-of-roundness, polygonization, and abnormal vibration, this solution proposes to build a rail-mounted fiber-optic intelligent online diagnostic system using fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing technology. By studying the wheel-rail interaction mode, advanced fiber-optic sensing technology is used to collect dynamic strain data of steel rails under train excitation. This system aims to comprehensively evaluate the health status of train wheel sets and tracks, detect the current condition, predict the damage development trend, and then guide operation and maintenance decisions such as wheel set reprofiling and track maintenance.
